What is Social Tennis and how does the Tennis Practice program work?

Well, come and sample the programs.

As well as the Practice drills, there will be some serving competitions and fun games such as Round the World and King of the Court.

While catering for high to low level players, Social Tennis is not for absolute beginners. Absolute beginners should enrol in a Beginners Adult Group Coaching Course with the UQ Sport Tennis Centre and attend the Club’s Tennis Practice program.

COACHING:  All Tennis Coaching programs are run by UQ Sport. For information about coaching, contact the UQ Sport Tennis Centre Pro Shop (Ph 3365 6612 or E-Mail ) or go to https://uqsport.com.au/tennis-coaching.

The next Adult Group Coaching courses start in mid-April and run for 10 weeks.  Courses are run at 4 levels (Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate 1 & Intermediate 2) with various time options on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.  On-line enrolments open 18 March.

The Adult Group Coaching courses cost $220 for UQ students, $220 for UQ staff & graduates or $220 for the public.
