The Club's next fun-oriented participation-style tournament is the Doubles Surprise Challenge Tournament which will be played on Sunday morning, 26 May.
Although this is a Doubles tournament, players enter as individuals. Players (all standards, male or female) will be paired initially through a public draw and allocated to numbered courts for the first match. After each match, the winners move up a court and the losers move down a court. Players then switch partners for their next match. Gradually, during the morning, the better players will move towards the No. 1 court.
Entries close on Thursday, 16 May.
Entry forms for the Doubles Surprise Tournament are available from under the Clubhouse and can so be downloaded from the Club Website. Entries can be lodged on-line via the Tennis Australia Tournaments Website.
Players can confirm their entries have been received and check who else has entered by going to the Tennis Australia Tournaments Website.
