Annual General Meeting

The 2017 Annual General Meeting of The University of Queensland Tennis Club Inc. (UQ Tennis Club) will be held in the Clubhouse on Sunday, 26 February,2017 at 6:30 p.m.

The business to be conducted at the AGM includes:

(a) receipt of the President's Annual Report for 2016

(b) receipt of the Financial Report for January-December 2016

(c) presentation of the Auditor's Report

(d) recommendation for payments of Honoraria

(e) appointment of Hon. Auditor

(f) Motions on Notice

All Ordinary Members, Associate Members, Junior Members and Hon. Life Members are able to attend the AGM but only Ordinary & Hon. Life Members have voting rights and count towards the quorum.  Restricted Members are not eligible to attend general meetings.

Ordinary Members are oaid adult members who are UQ Students, UQ Staff or UQ Alumni.  Associate Members are paid adult members not eligible for Ordinary Membership.  Junior Members are paid members under 18 years of age.
