2011 Club Championships results

The Annual Club Championships were completed last weekend (17-18 September).

Andrew Lack is the new Open Men’s Singles Champion. In the Final, Andrew defeated Steve Berg 6/2 6/2.

The results in the Finals of the other events completed on the weekend were:

• Open Men’s Doubles - Gary Jones & Anand Jayaraman d Ian Ty Cheong & Andrew Lack 7/6 6/3
• Open Mixed Doubles - Anand Jayaraman & Viv Crosthwaite d Hank Szeto & Atsuko Nakamura 6/4 6/0
• A Grade Men’s Singles - Colin Prince d Hugh Norton 6/2 6/3
• A Grade Men’s Doubles - Colin Prince & Ryan Carson d Andrew Brandon & Andrew Prebble 6/3 6/3
• A Grade Ladies’ Doubles - Atsuko Nakamura & Tiffany Vassallo d Hiromi Ogata & Geeske Peeters 5/7 6/3 (10/5)
• B Grade Men’s Singles - Hugh Norton d Paul Hyde 6/0 6/3
• B Grade Men’s Doubles - Tim Dalla-Costa & Trent Watherston d Michael Humphry & Craig Lam d 6/7 6/4 (14/12)
• B Grade Mixed Doubles - Tiffany Vassallo & Craig Lam d Claudia Hong & Paul Hyde 7/5 6/3
