After two big weekends of Tennis, the Rebound Ace University Open Tennis Championships will finish this weekend (24-25 July).
If all goes to schedule, the Open Ladies’ Singles Final will be played at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday (25 July) and this will be followed by the Open Men’s Singles Final (at around 11 a.m.).
The Semi-Finals will be played on Saturday. The Semi-Finalists in the Open Men’s Singles are Michael Look v John James and Mark Draper v Hugh Clarke and the Semi-Finalists in the Open Ladies’ Singles are Shannon Golds v Cassie Gramlick and Jacqui Bell v Ashling Sumner.

Club Members who have already won events in the University Open are: Krystyna Anderson (SLD), Lucie Ayotte (BLD), Eliza Kruger (CLS & CXD), Janice Lesmana (ALS), Janna Malikova (CLD), Jay Nair (DMS & CXD), Hiromi Ogata (BLD), Colin Prince (AXD) and Ashley Wilkinson (AXD).
Club Members who will be in action this weekend in various Grade event Finals are: Reece Anderson, Ryan Carson, Peter Chaly, Gerald Haaima, Kevin Henriksen, Stacey Holmnas, Andrew Lack, Srini Pavlich, Colin Prince, Jessica Rowley, Ben Shakespeare, Dave Waanders, Trent Watherston and Naomi Westaway.
