2010 Uni Open entry date extended to Tuesday 22 June
Because so many people left it until the absolute last moment to try and enter and because so many people reported problems with the Tennis Australia on-line registration system, the entry deadline for the Rebound Ace University Open Tennis Championships has been extended to Tuesday 22 June.
The Open and 18 & Under events (which carry Australian Ranking points) will be played on the 2nd & 3rd weekends (17-18 & 24-25 July) and do not clash with the Noosa Open Carnival.
The Round-Robin Grade Events will all be played on the 1st weekend (10-11 July)*. Other events will be played as listed on the entry form and tournament website.
* In the larger Grade events, follow-on finals may be played on the 2nd or 3rd weekends.
The printed entry form is available from the brochure display holders under the UQ Tennis Clubhouse (Blair Dr, St Lucia). The entry form is also available in a downloadable PDF file version.
Entry forms can be hand delivered, posted, faxed to 3870 5002 (with credit card payment) or e-mailed to admin@uqtc.org.au (with credit card payment).
Entries can be lodged On-Line via Tennis Australia’s Tournaments Website (http://tournaments.tennis.com.au) but an additional on-line processing fee applies.

When entering on-line, you must CONFIRM your entry, as per the on-screen instructions, after making your credit card payment. If you fail to do this, you will have paid but you will not be entered into the tournament. If you follow the correct entry procedure, you will receive THREE automated e-mail notices. The first, from “events@regonline.com”, confirms that the tournament payment has been received. The second & third e-mails will be from “register@tournamentsoftware.com”. The second confirms that your on-line registration has been received by the TA on-line registration system and the third confirms that the Tournament has downloaded the entry. The first two e-mails should be immediate. The timing of the third e-mail will depend on when the Tournament checks for and downloads the entries stored on the TA on-line entry server.
All players should use the TA Tournaments Website to confirm that their entries have been received. Players can also check who else has entered any particular event
